Hey Friends! I am a huge astrology nerd. I grew up with and definitely believe in this stuff. For those who aren’t believers, you don’t even have to look at this page. However, if you are a believer and would like to see my chart, or if you are from somewhere else (Taiwan) and you’d like to see how we do astrology in America. I’m going to show you the simplest version of my chart and the descriptions that accompany it.
This page is mainly for people to maybe get a better sense of who I am as a person. My chart is super accurate. It’s also for me to use in the future for my research comparing the religious and cultural aspects of Western and East Asian medicine. (Chinese astrology is a big part of their religion.)
What is Astrology?
Astrology is the study of the movements and relative positions of celestial bodies interpreted as having an influence on human affairs and the natural world. In Western astrology, there are 12 possible signs and 12 possible houses. The placements of signs in the different houses is based off of the exact time you were born according to the solar calendar.
Many astrology horoscopes are bogus. Many charts online or even through an astrological specialist use old technology for charting the stars and predicting changes in mood, behavior and feelings. As a result of this many people don’t believe in Astrology. However, if you get a reputable site, their chart analyses and horoscopes usually hit the nail on the head. For a long and detailed natal chart, I like to use Cafe Astrology I’m not a huge fan of their horoscopes, but their natal charts really get down and dirty. For a short & simple natal chart as well as my horoscopes, I like to use Co-Star. Their daily horoscopes aren’t general to the point where it could apply to just anyone but aren’t specific to the point where you think they are making these up. There are people that meticulously chart out the stars and planets and create the horoscopes to try and help you be successful in your day. Their natal charts & analyses are very clear and straightforward. You can do your chart online and have your horoscopes emailed to you by clicking the hyperlink above, or you can just download to Co-Star app on your phone and look at it when you think you need it. You can also look at your friends’ charts ad horoscopes on the app which is also fun. You can see how compatible you are, who knows? Things might make more sense after you read it.
Note: Things are not always going to be 100% correct or 100% right in your chart and horoscopes. There might be someone who was born in the exact same place at the exact same time as you, but you’re going to differ in some respects. Nothing is perfect. Don’t turn astrology away just because your chart said you weren’t organized when you are!
Without further ado: My Chart

SUN- SAGITTARIUS
The sun determines your ego, identity, and “role” in life. It’s the core of who you are, and is the sign you’re most likely to already know. Your Sun is in Sagittarius, meaning you are fundamentally curious, restless, and independent. You have strong, thought-through ideas about meaning and what’s right or wrong. Interested in pushing the boundaries of the existent, you live to be free, to travel, and to learn. It’s in your first house, meaning you feel the need to distinguish yourself from others through your self and self-image—and, because it’s your first house, your Sun in Sagittarius is hyper-present in your personality.
ASCENDANT- SCORPIO
The moon rules your emotions, moods, and feelings. This is likely the sign you most think of yourself as, since it reflects your personality when you’re alone or deeply comfortable. Your Moon is in Aquarius, meaning your emotional self is intuitive, observant, detached, and rational. You are often in your own world, but are scared of how you truly feel. It’s in your third house, meaning you find security and safety through the things you know and are familiar with.

Your Mercury is in Capricorn, meaning your intellect is conservative, practical, serious, efficient, and rational. You tend to be a poor communicator, but think through things in a methodical and grounded way. It’s in your second house, meaning you are curious about and inclined to analyze what is valuable to you, the resources (talents, money, self-worth) you have, and the resources you want.

Your Mars is in Capricorn, meaning you assert yourself in a way that is responsible and efficient, and you think things through very intentionally. Highly motivated by ambition, your rationality sometimes seems soulless. It’s in your second house, meaning you put a lot of energy into money and material possessions.

One of the two social planets, Jupiter rules idealism, optimism, and expansion. It’s also very philosophical. Your Jupiter is in Aquarius, meaning you grow and find understanding through detached analysis and intellectual pursuits. The other social planet, Saturn rules responsibility, restrictions, limits, boundaries, fears, and self-discipline. Your Saturn is in Aries, meaning you struggle with aggression, impatience, defensiveness, hastiness, and conceit. It’s in your fifth house, meaning you have had difficulties with romance, self-expression, creativity, and pleasure.
